A) The following list of required documents include but are not limited to:

  • Trade License and Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Memorandum of Association.
  • Passport, EID & Visa copy of the signatories and Share Certificate.
  • 6-Month bank statement of existing account or alternatively a 6-month personal bank statement of the signatories.
